Indications
Milk thistle is an antioxidant and promotes the body's purifying functions and liver function. Polygonum is an antioxidant and a tonic against physical and mental fatigue; it also favors the purifying functions of the organism.
Vitamin C and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use
