Lemon Balm Food Supplement

Preparation indicated in case of occasional insomnia after excessive fatigue; to calm the overexcited organism, agitation, irritability, insomnia. This preparation is useful for minor sleep disturbances. Used instead in smaller dosages (10-20 drops) during the day it has a relaxing effect.
Composition: Alcohol, water. Extracts of: Melissa officinalis L. flowers and leaves 13%, Avena sativa L. parts areas, Humulus lupulus L. flowers, Passiflora incarnata L. flowers and leaves, Valeriana officinalis L. root.

CONTENT PER DAILY DOSE OF VEGETABLE INGREDIENTS: 90 drops make available Melissa 150 mg, Oats 143 mg, Hops 38 mg, Passionflower 37 mg, Valerian 7 mg.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE: The recommended dose for a possible need to supplement the diet is 20 drops at 5.00 pm in half a glass of water to prepare for the arrival of evening, and 60 drops in half a glass of water, in the evening before go to bed. Also useful in a foot bath of warm salty water, at least 30 drops, where you can soak your feet for 30 minutes before sleeping.
