To be taken in case of reduced fiber intake and slowed intestinal transit.

Composition and indication

• Inulin has a stimulating action on the growth of bifidobacteria (in the colon) which inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria.
• Glucomannan, Sorbitol, Mannitol and Psillus increase the degree of water absorption by increasing the fecal mass and favoring intestinal transit and evacuation.
• In fact, Regulab, taken with a lot of water, promotes intestinal transit; taken with little water, it regulates accelerated intestinal transit.

How to use

• Slowed transit: disperse in a large glass of water, juice or other liquid, 1 scoop 2-3 times a day.
• Accelerated transit: disperse 1 scoop 2-3 times a day in a little water, juice or other liquid.

Warnings

The product must not be taken by people with intolerance towards one of the components. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Method of conservation

Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.
