Indications:
the plant decreases the frequency of heart contractions and makes them wider, regulating the systolic energy and blood pressure. It is for this reason that valerian preparations can be used in the therapy of neurosicardiacs with palpitations and a sense of anguish. Excellent as a sedative in various forms of neurosis, in non-serious forms of hysteria, in the anguish of neurasthenics, in insomnia, in menopausal disorders, as well as in some spasmodic affections.
