Food supplement useful for recovering strength, both physically and mentally. The heart of ALTOP is, in fact, dimethylglycine, a natural substance of the betaine class, extracted from the common beet, beta vulgaris. The Ministry of Health attributes a very specific indication to dimethylglycine: it has a support and recovery effect ¹ . Thanks to its ability to donate methyl groups, dimethylglycine can intensify cellular metabolism, favoring the production of energy at all levels ² . Ladimethylglycine is also a lipophilic molecule, which overcomes the blood-brain barrier, and therefore exerts its pro-energetic action also at the brain level, so much so that numerous scientific evidences have arisen on its use in the neurological field ^3,4 . Integrating the daily diet with dimethylglycine is therefore useful in states of psycho-physical stress, in the rehabilitation and convalescence phases, to facilitate the recovery of strength. The formulation of ALTOP is completed by significant dosages of group B vitamins (150% RDA) and vitamin C (300%), and by a minimum intake of creatine, to enhance the pro-energetic effect, but without limitations of use over time. The ALTOP components are therefore a useful support for students, the elderly, disabled people or those subjected to intense and habitual physical exertion, such as sportspeople.
It is best to avoid its use in pregnancy, while it can be assumed in breastfeeding. It can be taken by the diabetic, the celiac, the lactose intolerant. It is not a doping substance.

How to use
1 or 2 tablets per day, as needed, without exceeding the maximum daily dose of 2 tablets. It can be taken for prolonged periods only after having consulted the doctor.

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
