Ingrediants

Psyllium fibers They recall water in the intestinal lime, increase and soften the stool, have prebiotic properties favoring the immune defenses at the level of the colon.
Plum fibers During the digestive process they take on a gelatinous consistency, are absorbed by the blood carrying out a balancing action.
Inulin Restores the intestinal flora with consequent positive effects: elimination of metabolic waste, inhibition of unwanted bacterial growth, absorption of iron and calcium

How to use

We recommend half to two sachets a day, to be dissolved in plenty of liquid (from half to one sachet up to 15 years; one / two sachets a day over 15 years of age).
We recommend dilution in liquids such as fruit juice, milk and non-carbonated drinks.
