Recommendations for use

We recommend taking 1 level scoop (4.8 g) diluted in a large glass of water (about 250 ml), once or twice a day at any time; mix and sweeten to taste (4.8 to 9.6 g per day). Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
