HMB is a metabolite of the essential amino acid leucine and is also synthesized by the human body. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of glycogen proteins and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
HMB Plus is a beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate supplement made with high purity raw materials, certified gluten-free.
Ingrediants
Calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (HMB); bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
The product is tested free of nandrolone and testosterone with their precursors, free of beta2-agonists, amphetamines and ephedrines.

How to use
3 tablets a day, preferably between meals. In case of intense sporting activity we suggest the use of 3 tablets a day: 1 tablet after breakfast, 1 tablet after the protein snack that follows training and 1 tablet before night rest.
