How to use
Take the prescribed amount of product divided into 3-4 daily doses, in addition to other foods allowed by the diet. It can also be taken as a cold drink by initially dispersing the necessary powder in a small amount of water (20 ml), then further diluting it until the desired consistency and volume is obtained. For dilution, water or other permitted beverages, including flavored ones, can be used.
