This essence is particularly recommended for frenetic and hyperactive people who stimulate the mind too much and who are no longer able to relax when they need it, or to those who have gone through long periods of tension. Particularly useful for relaxing the etheric body in moments when one has become hypersensitive to small daily adversities and the nervous system is in a state of constant tension. Gives calm, relaxation, inner peace and deep rest.

Indications
Indicated for all states of tension, for nervous system stress and insomnia. Excess of anxiety.

Doses
Dilute the essence in a 25/30 ml bottle with dropper with half water and half brandy, apple cider vinegar or vegetable glycerin as preservatives.

To add:
_up to 70 drops of stock essence for physical problems
_40 drops if the emotion to be treated is very evident and violent
_20 / 10 drops if the emotion is presented in a more delicate way
_3 drops for minor problems that create minor discomfort

Shake the mixture well before each intake and take one drop under the tongue 6 times a day. Or dilute 6 drops of stock essence in half a glass of water to sip in the morning, afternoon or evening.

If you are unable to sleep or relax: 6 drops of essence in half a glass of water, a couple of drops on the nape of the neck every hour, from 4 pm until bedtime Keep away from radiation and electromagnetic sources such as TV, radio, computer, mobile phones.
