How to use
Activate the disposable sachets which, in contact with the oxygen present in the air, are activated. If you use the warmer in the belt for a day (say for about 8 hours), you can keep the remaining heat hours of the warmer by inserting it in a plastic bag with airtight closure and letting all the air out before closing it, in order to stop the chemical reaction that generates heat in contact with oxygen. You can reuse the same warmer for another 16 hours if necessary.
