Hot & Cold Pack Pharma Care - Reusable Gel Bag
- COLD THERAPY: in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours.
- HOT THERAPY: in microwave or hot water.
- IN THE MICROWAVE OVEN heat for 1 minute (750 Watt) (the bag should be placed flat and without creases). Repeat the operation at intervals of 30 seconds until the desired temperature is reached.
- IN HOT WATER to boil the water and remove the container from the stove. Place the bag in hot water for 2 minutes or more. Remove the envelope with pliers and wrap it in a cloth. Apply to the desired body part for max 20 minutes.
