How to use
Place the thumb in the loop so that the smooth side is touching the skin. Wrap the support over the edge of the wrist. Place the support under the wrist and bring it back on. Secure the strap and adjust the support to achieve the desired comfort and support.

Warnings
Wear during activities that may cause pain. Consult a doctor if in doubt about the injury.
Use only on clean, intact skin. The product must be applied as directed. Make sure that the product is not uncomfortably tight and that blood flow is consequently reduced. Avoid wearing for extended periods, such as while sleeping.
Do not use in case of impaired circulation or known allergy to any of the specified materials. If you experience a rash, prolonged pain, or worsening, discontinue use and consult a physician.
