Silicea Plus in capsules with biotin and trace elements contains optimal levels of natural silica, trace elements zinc, manganese and selenium, and biotin (a B vitamin), silica, an elemental natural substance derived from quartz crystals, is found everywhere in nature where strength, elasticity and flexibility are important, is a fundamental element and is found in every cell of our body.
