History
Kefir is an acidic drink, based on milk or water, obtained by fermentation with lactic bacteria.
Kefir has been used for millennia by the inhabitants of the Caucasian regions.
At the beginning of 1900 the Russian scientist Ilya Metchnikoff, Nobel Prize for medicine in 1908, attributed the longevity of the rural populations of the Caucasus to a diet based mainly on the intake of Kefir (from the Arabic kif, from the Turkish keif: “well-being”).
Metchnikoff, at the time a professor at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, developed the theory according to which the aging process was linked to the activity of proteolytic microbes. These are part of the normal human intestinal microbiota producing toxic substances (such as phenols, indoles and ammonia) through the digestion of proteins and are responsible for what he called "intestinal auto-intoxication".
Since lactic bacteria inhibited the growth of proteolytic bacteria, Metchnikoff proposed introducing them into the daily diet, for the benefit of health.
Kefibios contains Lactobacillus Kefiri LKF01 (DSM 32079) LKEF isolated from water Kefir granules.

How to use KefiBIOS correctly
At the first use it is necessary to disperse the powder contained in the special capsule inside the vial, paying particular attention to keeping the capsule in a vertical position during the opening maneuver.
Then shake well before use and before any other subsequent use.
The drops should be taken directly or mixed with cold food or drinks, at room temperature or lukewarm, as long as they do not exceed 37 ° C.
The possible presence of undissolved particles after stirring is a natural characteristic of the product, therefore it does not constitute a defect.

DAILY DOSE
5 drops once a day, using a dispenser, on an empty or full stomach, either before or after meals.
In case of concomitant antibiotic therapy, take KefiBIOS 4-6 hours after the antibiotic.

KefiBIOS is certified free of allergens according to the Probiotical patent, that is, it is free of all allergens according to current legislation (All. II Reg.
