Humana organic starlets are suitable for accustoming the baby to chewing and thanks to the format specifically designed for your baby, they are easy to swallow. They cook quickly and keep their consistency for a long time.

How to prepare it
In broth: bring to a boil 200/250 ml of water or vegetable or meat broth. Pour 1 or 2 tablespoons of Humana organic Stelline. Cook for 4 minutes and season with extra virgin olive oil.
Dry: bring 500 ml of water to the boil. Pour 1 or 2 tablespoons of Humana organic Stelline. Cook for 4 minutes, drain and add Humana Organic Baby Food with Meat, starting with half and gradually moving to the entire jar. Dress with extra virgin olive oil.
NB 1 tablespoon is equivalent to approx. 10 g. The quantities are indicative and may vary according to the age, the child's appetite and the advice of the pediatrician.
