How to prepare it
In broth: bring to a boil 200/250 ml of water or vegetable or meat broth. Pour 1 or 2 tablespoons of Humana organic Vaporino. Cook for 2 minutes and season with extra virgin olive oil.
Dry: bring 500 ml of water to the boil. Pour 1 or 2 tablespoons of Humana organic Vaporino. Cook for 2 minutes, drain and add Humana Organic Baby Food with Meat, starting with half and gradually moving to the entire jar. Dress with extra virgin olive oil.
NB 1 tablespoon is equivalent to approx. 12 g. The quantities are indicative and may vary according to the age, the child's appetite and the advice of the pediatrician.
