The karkadè is a plant that grows spontaneously in many areas of tropical Africa.
The infusion of Karkadé (Hibiscus Sabdariffa) is quite well known and used as a pleasant, aromatic and thirst-quenching drink.

Due to its vitamin C content it should be considered a valid aid for the body's defenses.

The infusion is pleasantly thirst-quenching if drunk very cold and sweetened during the summer season, while if it is drunk hot in the winter it helps fight flu and colds.


METHOD OF USE:

A teaspoon in a cup of boiling water, leave to infuse for 10 minutes, filter and drink, adding a slice of orange if desired.
Drink 1 or 2 cups a day.

WARNINGS:

Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
Keep out of the reach of children under 2 years of age.

INDICATIONS:

Excellent for counteracting flu and cold symptoms.
