GYMLINE BCAA 2: 1: 1 INSTANT is a food supplement of branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), vitamins, mineral salts and Rhodiola rosea extract indicated in case of reduced dietary intake of the aforementioned nutrients or an increase in their needs, for example in the sportsman's diet. A portion (about 13.4 g) of product prepared as indicated, provides 4.8 g of branched chain amino acids, 2 g of beta-alanine and 2 g of L-citrulline.

A portion is also a source of:

Vitamin B6, which contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen;
Magnesium, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism, normal muscle function and normal protein synthesis.

GYMLINE BCAA 2: 1: 1 INSTANT contains a dry extract of Rhodiola rosea L. root, a tonic-adaptogen indicated to contribute to the reduction of physical and mental fatigue.

HOW TO USE

Prepare a portion by dissolving the contents of 1 scoop (approximately 13.4 g) in 350-500 ml of still water using a shaker. WARNINGS. Do not exceed the recommended intake amount.
