HYDRO FUEL specially designed for those who practice sports, it contains simple and complex carbohydrates, mineral salts such as magnesium, which contributes to the electrolyte balance of the body and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, potassium which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to calcium, to normal muscle functioning ; phosphorus, which together with the B vitamins contributes to the regular energy metabolism.

Finally, it contains vitamin C which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Property

• Maltodextrin : the intake guarantees easy digestion, a constant supply of energy keeping the blood sugar stable without peaks and with a prolonged release that does not require special gastric commitments.
• Dextrose : is a simple carbohydrate that is absorbed and used quickly, providing a quick energy source.
• Fructose : it is a simple carbohydrate with a low glycemic index, it is absorbed and used quickly, providing a quick energy source.
• Sodium : it is one of the main ions lost with sweating, its presence is essential in cellular processes and in maintaining performance.
• Calcium : basic mineral for the regulation of muscle contraction
• Chloride : regulation of acid-base balance, osmotic pressure and water balance, it also facilitates the transport of carbon dioxide by red blood cells
• Magnesium : it is essential for concentration and for the muscular and nervous system.
• Vitamin C : it is one of the most important vitamins, its spectrum of action is really wide. among the most important effects: it is active in the production of antibodies, increasing the resistance of the organism; it is an excellent antioxidant (it fights free radicals); enters the energy production processes; promotes the absorption of iron and other minerals (zinc, calcium, magnesium, etc.).

How to use

Take 20 g of powder (one measuring cup) in 400 ml of water, during sports activities.
