HIDROXIRAM® D ERREKAPPA - Gluten and lactose free food for special medical purposes
Food for special medical purposes for the dietary management of subjects with malnutrition resulting from states of fragility or pathologies of which branched amino acids, HMB evitamin D3 are essential for the ability to stop protein loss and improve the nutritional status more effectively than the exclusive use diet (e.g. post-stroke patients, major surgery or post-traumatic events).
Contains fibers that allow the product to gel when it comes into contact with water, for the dietary management of people with difficulty in swallowing or with dysphagia.
Ingrediants
L-leucine, calcium hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB), maltodextrin, L-valine, L-isoleucine; thickener: xanthan gum; glucomannan, flavorings; acidity regulator: citric acid; sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; vitamin D (cholecalciferol), zinc oxide.
Gluten-free and lactose-free.

How to use
it is advisable to take 1-2 sachets a day, according to the doctor's opinion, preferably away from main meals.
People with difficulty swallowing or dysphagia:
1. Pour the contents of an envelope into a dry glass beaker and disperse in 60ml of water at room temperature.
2. Mix until completely dispersed.
3. Wait until the product reaches the desired consistency.
Subjects without swallowing difficulties: follow the procedures described above.
The consistency can be changed by varying the amount of water.

The product must be used under the direction and under medical supervision. Not indicated as the sole source of nutrition. It must not be administered parenterally. Do not take in case of known or suspected allergy and / or intolerance towards one or more of the ingredients. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
