Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus - Protective Moisturizing Eye Drops

Humectant eye drops to moisturize and protect the surface of the eye, with hyaluronic acid and allantoin . For lasting relief from dryness, inflammation and mild irritation. Thanks to its composition, it promotes cell regeneration. Sterile, phosphate-free, preservative-free solution. Pleasant, well tolerated and prolonged action. Suitable for hard and soft contact lenses.
It can be used in the following indications:

• in dry eyes caused for example by Sjögren's syndrome or by taking medications;
• in the presence of environmental stress, for example from air conditioning, wind, cold, dry air or atmospheric pollution, eg. from cigarette smoke;
• in case of fatigue and visual stress caused by prolonged vision, for example long periods of work at the computer, under the microscope or in case of long journeys by car;
• under mechanical stress, for example wearing hard or soft contact lenses or due to diagnostic procedures on the eye.

How to use

For external use only.

1) Before first use, write the opening date in the space provided on the vial label. Wash your hands and remove the protective cap before each use.
2) Before using the SafeDrop vial for the first time, press it several times, until the first drop comes out. Keep the vial upside down as shown in the illustration. Avoid any contact of the dropper tip with your fingers and eye.
3) Hold the vial as shown in the picture. Make sure your thumb rests on the large, non-slip circular finger rest.
4) Now tilt your head back slightly and remove the lower lid slightly from the eye with your free hand. Instill a drop or two of Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus into the conjunctival sac of each eye by operating the pump mechanism once or twice. Make sure the vial is held vertically. Slowly close your eyes so that Hylo-Vision Safe-Drop Plus can spread evenly over the surface of the eye.
Alternatively, if you are using the eye drops together with your contact lenses, apply one or two drops to each of them before placing them on your eyes, instead of putting the eye drops directly into the eye.
Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus can also be applied while wearing contact lenses. After use, the multi-dose container must be closed with the protective cap.

Components

Highly purified sodium hyaluronate (0.20%), allantoin, sodium chloride, buffer nitrate, purified water.

Warnings

Do not use if SafeDrop multidose container is damaged.
Do not touch the eye with the dropper tip, to avoid infection or eye injury.
Do not touch the dropper tip with other objects or body parts.
Do not use as the only treatment for an eye infection.
Do not use the eye drops after the expiration date, which is stated on each SafeDrop® vial and collapsible box.
A single multidose container should not be used by multiple patients.
Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus is not suitable as a preservative liquid for contact lenses.
Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus must be kept out of the reach of children.
If symptoms persist while using Hylo-Vision SafeDrop, consult your ophthalmologist.
Do not use in the presence of hypersensitivity (allergy) to one of the components.
Suitable for use in teenagers and adults.
Pregnant, lactating women and young children should consult their doctor before using Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus.
