Characteristics
Hypericum (Hypericum perforatum) is a plant of the Mediterranean tradition used for its protective and antiseptic power on the body, for the balance on the mood and for its support action of the hepatic and respiratory function. Today it is recommended in particular for the help it can give in states of light depression, in mood instability and in asthenic forms and reduction of strength and reactivity.

Warnings
St. John's wort can interact with numerous drugs so it is recommended to use it concomitantly under medical supervision. Hypericum extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
