Gemmotherapeutic solutions of: linden (buds), mistletoe (young shoots), hawthorn (young shoots); aqueous macerates of: lemon balm (aerial part), sweet clover (aerial part), passionflower (aerial part), neroli (flowers), red valerian (root); essential diol blend of: lemon verbena (green parts essential oil), basil (leaves), lavender (flowers essential oil), valerian (root); flower mix of: galium (Vian flower), cicerbita (Vian flower), antennaria (Vian flower), Alpine aster (Vian flower), silene (Vian flower), impatiens (Bach flower), aspen ( Bach flower), white chestnut (Bach flower), rosecon flower (Australian flower), hops bush (Australian flower), dagger hakea (Australian flower), brown boronia (Australian flower), black eyed susan (Australian flower); aqueous solution of α-lipoic acid.

How to use
10 to 30 drops 3 times a day.
To improve the physiological action of the supplement, it is recommended to take the product diluted in a small amount of water, drinking in small sips and keeping it in the mouth (under the tongue) for a few seconds. In this way, the combined action of the salivary pH, capable of ionizing the active ingredients of the mixture, and the permeability of the mucous layer of the lower tongue, will greatly facilitate the absorption of the product components.
This method of sublingual absorption, in addition to avoiding an initial hepatic transit, and the consequent alteration of the plant principles, allows a rapid distribution in the organism of the plant active principles contained in the product, as the waste blood from the oral cavity is rapidly conveyed to the heart through the superior vena cava and, consequently, distributed to the entire systemic circulation.
