Recommendations for use

In general, 1 drop is enough to flavor 100 g / 100 ml of food / drink (such as sauces, meat, fish, desserts, liqueurs, oils and vinegars). It can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking) or in a sugar cube, a spoonful of honey, a jar of yogurt, a cup of hot milk or herbal tea. Limit use to the amount strictly necessary to impart a pleasant aroma. It is also possible to use it externally for relaxing massages by diluting it appropriately in an emollient base, or by adding a few drops in the aroma diffusers. Close carefully after use.

Notes on preparation

100% PURE AND NATURAL Dr. Martino Giorgini's essential oils are obtained by steam distillation from aromatic plants or, in the case of citrus fruits, by cold pressing of the fruit peels. They do not contain artificial fragrances or other synthetic chemicals.
