Condiment obtained by solubilizing food salt and mineral substances to offer all the taste of salt but with 90% less sodium indicated to reduce the onset of hypertension and to counteract water retention.
It can be used in total replacement of common kitchen salt. The practical dispenser allows you to directly salt foods, both cooked and raw, in a uniform way. Not recommended for those who have to follow a low potassium diet.

How does it work?

Common salt is a compound that is chemically defined as NaCl (sodium chloride). The flavor of common salt is given by the positive sodium ions (Na +).
When the grains of common salt dissolve in food (or in the mouth thanks to saliva), sodium ionization takes place: this process gives the sensation of sapidity.
Thanks to the hyperionization system patented by Ideal Salt, the positive sodium ions are able to move faster and enter the gustatory channels to make the flavor more perceived.
