Low osmolar oral rehydration solution (ORS) (245 mOsm / l H2O), formulated according to the indications of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF). IDRATON 245 ® exploits the existence of an enterocyte system for the co-transport of sodium and glucose, which remains intact during gastroenteritis. In both secretory and osmotic diarrhea, the functionality of this system allows the passage of water from the intestinal humus to the enterocyte and from the enterocyte to the plasma, as long as it is administered simultaneously with sodium and glucose correctly diluted and in the corrector ratio. How to use
Severe dehydration: dissolve 1 sachet every 200 ml of still water (5 sachets in 1 liter); take 1 or 2 liters of drink daily or according to the doctor's opinion. Respect the aforementioned ratio to obtain the correct electrolyte concentration (245 mOsm / l) . In other conditions of dehydration and / or intense salt and water loss and increased hydro and salt needs: 2/3 sachets in a liter of water, taking the drink as desired.

Contraindications
Severe renal failure, severe heart failure, dynamic ileus.
