IFlorex B IbioPharma Symbiotic Food Supplement

Based on Inulin, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Niacin, Zinc, Folic acid and all B vitamins

Indications

Lactobacilli and inulin favor the balance of the intestinal flora. Niacin promotes the functioning of the nervous system and the normal secretion of bile and stomach fluids. Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Pantothenic acid, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, folic acid and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Thiamine contributes to normal energy metabolism.

USEFUL FOR

Intestinal flora balance - Intestinal transit regulation - (IBS) irritable bowel syndrome - Prevention of urinary and genital tract infections - Antibiotic therapy - Protection from oxidative stress - Nervous system functionality - Pregnant women

STRENGTHS

Synergistic combination - Natural product - Suitable for a vegan and vegetarian diet - Easy-to-take buccal stick packs - Useful in pregnancy

The intestinal balance plays a fundamental role for the well-being of the whole organism. The intestine, in fact, is home to the intestinal microbiota, a set of microorganisms of different species that perform important functions, such as regulating the digestion of food and the absorption of fundamental nutrients, defending against pathogens, producing hormones, being constantly in contact with the central nervous system. The intestine is also called our "second brain" because it has a very dense nervous system of neurons that regulates intestinal functions. The vagus nerve acts as a bridge between the brain and the intestine and transmits all its information.

INULIN

The term Inuline indicates a group of oligosaccharides, simple sugars, not available, that is, not digestible by our body. Inulin is made up of several fructose units and a typical final glucose unit. Once ingested, the inulins pass through our organism up to the small intestine, which digests a small part of it, then they arrive at the colon, where they stay and ferment, which leads to a modification of the intestinal microflora in favor of some bacteria. that have positive effects for health "inulin" belongs to the family of prebiotics, therefore they perform the function of nourishment for the intestinal microflora. In addition to the nourishing function of the intestinal microflora, prebiotics also intervene in the regulation of the microbiota - intestine - brain axis.

LACTOBACILLUS RHAMNOSUS

Lactobacillus rhamnosus is a probiotic bacterium producing lactic acid that populates the surfaces of our intestine and in particular those of the colon. This bacterium, together with Lactobacillus acidophilus, is one of the most studied lactobacilli due to the numerous functions it performs in our body. This bacterium is capable of fermenting rhamnose, a sugar present in many plant species from which it takes its name. Due to its characteristics, Lactobaccilus rhamnosus is capable of resisting the acidity of the stomach, therefore, it is able to reach the intestinal mucosa "unscathed" where it will adhere to it thanks to the presence in its cell wall of an exopolysaccharide, rich in galactose. Among the functions and beneficial properties of this probiotic there is the production of anti-stress proteins that promote survival in intestinal transit, making it resistant to acidity and the aggression of bile salts.

LACTOBACILLUS ACIDOPHILUS

It is the most important probiotic of the normal intestinal flora, it has numerous beneficial properties. It is considered a friend of the intestine of man as it inhibits the production of other microorganisms and promotes the elimination of toxins produced by proteolytic bacteria. Used in bacterial vaginosis, in the case of diarrhea, in restoring the altered microbiota, in infections caused by Escherichia coli, in urinary tract infections, in irritable bowel syndrome, in lactose intolerance.

LACTOBACILLUS PLANTARUM

Lactobacillus plantarum is a Gram positive bacterium belonging to the 500 species found in the human intestine. Its presence does not give any side effects and can be safely taken with supplements. This lactobaccillus has been shown to have an excellent ability to overcome the gastric barrier, resisting markedly acidic pH and the presence of bile salts. Once it arrives in the intestine, L. plantarum is able to adhere firmly to the intestinal wall and resist, carrying out its function of controlling the pathogenic bacterial load for a long time. In fact, it is able to transform, through fermentation, lactose and other sugars into lactic acid and produce hydrogen peroxide and bacteriocins, inhibiting the growth of harmful microorganisms. Lactobacillus plantarum, unlike other strains, has other peculiarities that make it an excellent candidate in the integration of the intestinal flora; the ability to resist many classes of antibiotics and to carry out an anti-inflammatory action make it an excellent probiotic.

ZINC

It has the ability to contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

VITAMIN B3

Vitamin B3, soluble in water, is also known as niacin or vitamin PP for its action against pellagra ("pellagra preventive factor"), a once widespread disease caused by its deficiency. It is one of the most stable vitamins: it is not afraid of oxygen, heat and light.

VITAMIN B5

Vitamin B5 is essential for various metabolic reactions and, as a precursor of coenzyme A, is involved not only in the production of energy from nutrients, but also in the synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, neurotransmitters and vitamin D. L pantothenic acid also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to maintaining normal mental performance.

VITAMIN B1

It is necessary for the metabolism of carbohydrates (sugars) and participates in the nutrition of nerve tissues. His loss of appetite, irritability, emotional instability (from depression to aggressive behavior) and difficulty concentrating. The same symptoms also accompanied by neuritis (inflammation of the nerves with pain and loss of tactile sensitivity of the hands and feet) are present in chronic alcoholics who often need B1 supplements

It contributes to some brain functions and to the metabolism of amino acids, proteins, carbohydrates (sugars) and lipids (fats). Deficiencies in B6 are evidenced by: premature graying and brittleness of the hair, deep wrinkles and cracks in the skin (around the mouth and eyes), numbness and cramps in arms and legs, poor learning ability, impaired vision, arthritis, decompensation cardiac. Arthritic and nerve pains often improve with additional amounts of vitamin B6.

FOLIC ACID

Folic acid or vitamin B9 is a water-soluble vitamin essential for the synthesis of DNA and proteins, two processes essential for cell growth, metabolism and replication, without which it would be impossible not only to renew the body's tissues, but also ensure the general functioning of the latter. Being necessary for cell replication, vitamin B9 is particularly required by tissues that are growing and subjected to a very rapid cell turnover. In particular, this micronutrient is an irreplaceable support for the synthesis of hemoglobin and the formation of red blood cells (which occurs almost constantly to reintegrate the aged or damaged ones, eliminated by the spleen), for the turnover of the mucous membranes, for the proliferation and the differentiation of embryonic tissues and, above all, for the development of the fetal nervous system during pregnancy. Vitamin B9 continues to be important for the proper functioning of the nervous system in all periods of life, as well as for a full efficiency of the sexual organs and the maintenance of both female and male fertility (production of mature eggs and spermatozoa, suitable at fertilization).

VITAMIN B12

It plays a fundamental role in nerve tissue by being involved in the metabolism of myelin (the sheath that surrounds nerve fibers). It also participates in the production of red blood cells. The need for B12 increases during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
