Goodbye to bristles and toothpaste? Here is an unusual toothbrush, which slips on like a glove and does not need to apply toothpaste.

IKO, as it is called, is characterized by being wearable on the fingers (perfect for the index finger) and with the most ergonomic shape possible in order to allow optimal cleaning of the oral cavity. It will be marketed in 3 sizes (Smart, Medium and Large) to choose from according to the size of your fingers.

We asked Luca Crotti, Vice President of Melo to better explain the peculiarities of IKO, especially why it is not necessary to use toothpaste:

“IKO is made with a material of medical origin (not industrial, therefore, but strictly medical), on an elastomeric basis, called marfran.med, enriched with fluorine components (fluorine salts, in compliance with the regulations) and fresh menthol. Thanks to this composition, in contact with saliva, Iko restores the natural pH of the mouth, helping to fight the formation of plaque and caries and combining the action of mechanical rubbing with the contribution of fluoride ".

Not only does not need toothpaste, but above all it does not even need water, moreover the toothbrush to wear is reusable up to 100 times. IKO will be sold in a sachet, and is stored in a practical box, which allows it to be transported in a pocket and handbag. Therefore perfect for when you are away from home and maybe you don't have water available.
