How to use

We recommend taking 1–2 tablets per day as needed, away from meals, to be swallowed whole with a sip of water

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not administer during pregnancy and lactation. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
