How to use

Shake well before use.

It is taken pure or diluted in hot water or a herbal tea

• Children from 3 to 6 years: 5ml, 2 times a day (10ml)
• Children aged 6 to 12: 5ml, 4 times a day (20ml)
• Teenagers and adults: 10ml, 3 times a day (30ml)
