How to use
It is recommended to take one to three sachets per day.
Dissolve in 150ml / 200ml of water or other beverage at room temperature.
It is important that the liquid in which the powder is dissolved is not hot, because heat can compromise the solubility and alter the quality of the nutrients present.
Let it rest for a few minutes after shaking and after drinking the drink.
