Food supplement with a high content of magnesium, zinc, vitamins B6 and D3, which contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous, muscular and energy metabolism systems, reducing tiredness and fatigue. With inulin.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to: the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the proper functioning of the nervous and muscular systems, the psychological function and energy metabolism. Furthermore, vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine, proteins and glycogen. Vitamin D3, in addition to contributing to normal muscle function, also plays a role in supporting the immune system such as vitamin B6 and zinc. Finally, zinc supports normal cognitive function and contributes to the physiological metabolism of carbohydrates, macronutrients and fatty acids, as well as to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use
Adults: 1 to 3 tablets a day to be swallowed with a little water, preferably away from meals. Children (from 3 years) and adolescents: 1 or 2 tablets per day.
