How to use them?

Before use check that the product fits well in the shoe. The tip of the footbed should be at the base of the toes
feet; in this way the insole may not touch the back of the shoe.
For some people, Pain Relief orthotics may take some time to feel comfortable. The feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a period of break from use may be helpful. If necessary, increase
