This formula is indicated to activate the inner sense of mother and work on the relationship with one's mother. Excellent for those who have to develop their receptive, caring aspects of nourishment and care for themselves and others, and all the skills learned from their mother. Inner Mother develops self-care, and the sense of protection and nourishment that we deserve and which can be lacking in case of dysfunctional relationships with the inner mother. Inner Mother Formula frees us from feelings of fragility and helplessness, giving self support and strengthening the underlying feeling of security. It allows you to develop your own instinctive and maternal nature.

Indications
Indicated to elaborate the relationship that one has with one's mother and to develop the capacity for care, self-nourishment and protection that are lacking in the event of a dysfunctional relationship with the mother.

Doses
In acute cases, take the essence from the stock bottle. For all other situations, dilute 4 stock drops in a 30 ml bottle with dropper, filled 3/4 of the way with water and 1/4 of brandy. Shake the mixture lightly and take 4 drops under the tongue, up to 4 times a day. Or add 4 drops of essence to a glass of water to sip throughout the day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.
