NOFOLIC Luteal is a food supplement based on myo-inositol, melatonin, folic acid and vitamin D, useful for providing an additional share of these substances in the presence of reduced dietary intake or increased need. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
