Food supplement based on myo-inositol, melatonin, and folic acid useful for providing an additional share of the nutrients that constitute it in the presence of reduced intake with the diet or increased need. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
Ingredients
Myo-inositol, soybean oil, edible gelatin; resistance agent: glycerol; emulsifiers: soy lecithin; polyglyceride esters of fatty acids, medium chain triglycerides; thickener: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; color: E172; melatonin; folic acid (pteroyl mono-glutamic acid).
