INOSITOL: D-chiro-inositol, thanks to its ability to increase insulin sensitivity, has beneficial effects on ovulation and androgen production in women with polycystic ovary syndrome. Women with polycystic ovary syndrome often exhibit insulin resistance. This helps to reduce the quantities of FSH necessary for ovulation and to improve oocyte quality. Inositol and folic acid are effective in preventing spina bifida.
GRIFFONIA: Its seeds are rich in 5-hydroxytryptophan whose metabolic fate in the body is constituted by the biosynthesis of serotonin. It therefore counteracts mood swings, irritability and insomnia.
FOLIC ACID: Fundamental for the replication of genetic material as it plays an essential role in the biosynthesis of purines and pyrimidines as well as participating as a coenzyme in numerous cellular reactions. Supplementation is essential to lower plasma homocysteine levels by decreasing the risk of cardiovascular accidents.
BEGINNING: Used mainly to relieve menstrual pain. The activity against migraines is remarkable, especially those defined as vasomotor, in which there is an alternation of stimuli on the blood vessels which determines a vasoconstriction and a subsequent vasodilation. It is useful both in the prevention and in the treatment of disorders characterized by pain and inflammation, in particular headache, dysmenorrhea, musculoskeletal disorders.

ZINC: With Magnesium it controls the neurohumoral response to the induced insulin hypoglycemia.
AGNUS CASTUS: Active ingredients: casticin, luteolin-7-glucoside, agnus ide Steroids: progesterone, 17-alpha-hydroxyprogesterone The elements act on the pituitary gland and exert an anti-estrogenic and antispasmodic action. A specific action has been hypothesized on the anterior lobe of the pituitary with stimulation of the production of the gonadotropic hormone LH, regulating the production of prolactin and decreasing the production of the follicle-stimulating hormone FSH. With the increase of the hormones produced by the corpus luteum, the estrogen-progestin balance is shifted towards progestin activity. This action has been demonstrated in the treatment of luteal insufficiency. It is indicated in bleeding from insufficiency of the corpus luteum, menorrhagia, in premenstrual syndrome due to hyperfolliculism, in premenstrual water retention, in juvenile acne.

Directions for use
