Dietary supplement

Useful in case of poor introduction with the diet or deficiency or increased need by the body. There are some cases, in which the magnesium deficiency can be attributed to particular conditions in which the dietary intake alone is not sufficient:
- stressful situations
- an intense sports training,
- advancing age,
- pregnancy or breastfeeding,
- surgical operations,
- alcoholism,
- the use of drugs that reduce renal absorption such as diuretics,
- defects in intestinal absorption such as diarrhea or steatorrhea (fecigrasse).
Magnesium is helpful in PMS, dysmenorrhea and menopause.

Dosage and method of use
Dissolve 1.5 g (one teaspoon) in half a glass of water.
