Contains a combination of 6 specially selected lactic ferments, precursors of lactase.
Ingredients
bulking agents: acacia gum; 6 latic bacteria (10 billion CFU * at production), bacillus coagulans, bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium animalis lactis, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus rhamnosus, streptococcus thermophilus, capsule, stabilizer (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), antioxidant (ascorbant).

How to use
Take 1 capsule per day. Use for at least five days before expecting an effect.
