Recommended dose and method of use

We recommend taking 2 teaspoons of product per day (corresponding to 10 g), preferably in the morning. Take the powder using the measuring spoon present in the package, pour it into a dry glass and add at least 150 ml of water at room temperature, mix well and drink immediately after preparation.
Any insoluble residues in the glass are due to the characteristics of the ingredients present and, therefore, do not constitute a defect of the product.
