IPAKITINE® VETOQUINOL Food Supplement For Animals

Dietary complementary feed for dogs and cats.

Highly palatable powder product based on chitosan and calcium carbonate, with phosphorus binding activity in the intestine. It is indicated for the support of renal function in case of chronic renal failure; it works by reducing the phosphatemia associated with chronic renal failure. For best results, it is recommended to use the product in combination with low phosphorus diets.

Composition

Lactose; calcium carbonate; chitosan; protein sources: soy hydrolyzate.

Dosage and method of use

Route of administration Oral.

Mix thoroughly in the food at a dosage of 1 g per 5 kg of body weight twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, using the special dispenser. Administer initially for 6 months. Always keep fresh water available to the animal. It is recommended to ask the veterinarian's opinion before use or before extending the period of use which, however, can be extended to the entire life of the animal.
