• Our oat flakes undergo rigorous sampling and testing at various stages throughout the process;
• Each batch of the oat flakes we use is only tested and released for sale when the test results show less than 10ppm of gluten.

NFS and AOECS 'gluten-free' certification:

• European license system number - OATS-IE-019-001;
• This product is certified gluten-free and suitable for most celiac patients when gradually introduced into the diet (a small percentage of celiac patients cannot tolerate the 'Avenin' protein found in oat flakes). In case of doubt, the consumer must first consult his doctor;
• Our oats are grown, harvested, stored, ground and tested at each stage to ensure they comply with EU legislation that allows the use of the term "gluten-free";
• Processed and packaged in a dedicated 100% gluten-free environment with 'BRC Grade A' accreditation.
