Isotonic solution with ectoin, ready to use.

Isonebial vials is an isotonic solution (0.9%) with added ectoin.

Isonebial is recommended for daily cleaning of the nasal cavities, especially in case of a blocked or dry nose. It softens the mucus favoring its elimination and restores the right degree of hydration of the dry or encrusted nasal mucous membranes, improving breathing. The ectoin contained in Isonebial , thanks to its high ability to bind water molecules, has a protective effect and a moisturizing action that relieves the irritated mucosa.

The single-dose vials of Isonebial are indicated for the gentle daily cleansing of the nose and promote better breathing, especially in infants and children who are not yet able to blow their nose.

Regular nose washing can facilitate infant feeding and sleep even in older babies. Furthermore, it can protect the mucous membranes from the irritating action of external agents and pollutants present in the air.

Isonebial vials are also suitable for prolonged use.

The solution contained in Isonebial vials can also be used for aerosol therapy.

Isonebial vials contain: sodium chloride, ectoin, sodium phosphate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, water.

Isonebial vials do not contain preservatives and therefore the chances of unwanted reactions are reduced.

How to use

To use Isonebial vials correctly:

• Detach a single-dose vial and open it by twisting the cap;
• keep the head tilted to one side (never backwards), gently insert the spout of the vial into the upper nostril and press lightly;
• after turning the head to the other side, repeat the operation in the other nostril.

In case of using the solution for aerosol therapy, it is recommended to follow the instructions of the device.

It is advisable to respect the following frequency of use:

• Infants: instill a few drops in each nostril, several times a day, usually before feeding or before bed.
• Children: 1-3 washes per nostril, 2-3 times a day.
• Adults: 2-4 washes per nostril, 2-3 times a day.

The substances contained in Isonebial vials allow for even repeated use; for continuous use for more than 30 consecutive days, consult the doctor's opinion. In children under one year of age, use on the advice of a doctor.
