  • 100/110 ml (about half a glass) of water, fruit juice or hot or cold vegetable milk;
  • Goji berries, banana or chopped fruit as you like

How do you prepare a healthy and nutritious breakfast?

Add about 3 heaped tablespoons of Buddha's Awakening to a bowl for a creamy porridge. Add a small amount of warm or warm water, fruit juice, or vegetable milk.
