A nutritious and delicious combination. Buddha's Awakening is an instant, wholemeal breakfast (with raw, unprocessed ingredients) that can be prepared in minutes with the simple addition of water.
The combination of delicious and high nutritional quality ingredients, including ground Chia seeds and Flax seeds (the highest plant sources of Omega-3 and omega-6), Baobab powder (African "super fruit" with more vitamin C from oranges and more iron from red meat), Lucuma powder (sweet and nutritious fruit from Peru rich in vitamin B3), coconut flour and ground buckwheat, is food for the body, mind and spirit.
It is easily digested and, at the same time, provides everything you need to feel satisfied.

How to use

Just 80g (about 4-5 tablespoons) of Buddha's Awakening with about 120ml of hot water (or preferred type of milk, for example almond milk) gives a satisfying breakfast. Mix well for about 2 minutes.
It is advisable not to cook the product on the stove; simply pour the hot liquid.
This mix can also be added to smoothies to give a nutritional sprint.
