ItamitraumaPlus® Gel Fidia - Topical Emulsion

Based on glycosaminoglycans (GAG) and Boswellia serrata extract

ItamitraumaPlus® is a topical preparation consisting of a mixture of GAG glycosaminoglycans (hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfate), polymers with particular affinity for water, and Boswellia serrata extract. Thanks to the properties of glycosaminoglycans, ItamitraumaPlus® is able to recall the water molecules thus reducing the liquid mass of the extracellular spaces which is the main component of edema (extravasal fluid consisting of serum, plasma, blood). The reabsorption of edema with consequent reduction of swelling, inflammation and pain, together with the presence of Boswellia serrata extract exerts a soothing effect, giving a feeling of relief and well-being.

Composition

Main components: mixture of 0.5% GAG (chondroitin sulfate sodium salt 0.25%, hyaluronic acid sodium salt 0.25%) and Boswellia serrata extract 3%.
Other components: Dicaprilil ether, Glycerol, Glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, Ethanol, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate / VPCopolymer, 1,2- Hexanediol, Caprilylglycol, Cetylstearyl alcohol, Ethoxydiglycol, Dimethicone, Xanthan gum, Sodiumitecorbate , Tocopherol, Ascorbyl palmitate, Citric acid, Purified water.

Indications

ItamitraumaPlus® emulsion gel is indicated for the treatment of localized edema resulting from hematomas, trauma, sprains and contusions. Thanks to the hydrophilic and soothing properties of its components, it facilitates the natural absorption process of edema in the soft tissues and improves the painful symptoms of the area.

Posology and method of administration

Apply ItamitraumaPlus® emulsion gel on the affected area with a gentle massage until completely absorbed, three or four times a day. ItamitraumaPlus® emulsion gel is non-greasy and non-staining.

Contraindications

Known individual hypersensitivity to the components of the product.

Warnings and Precautions

The gel emulsion should be used on intact skin away from the eyes.
Do not use the product beyond twenty-four months after opening the tube.
Do not use the product if the package is opened or damaged.
Close the container after each application.
Do not use the product after the expiry date shown on the package.
The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly.
After use, dispose of according to the national regulations in force.
Do not use the product together with soaps / detergents based on quaternary ammonium salts.
If after 15 days of treatment you do not notice noticeable improvements, it is advisable to contact your doctor.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

Side effects

There are no known adverse reactions with topical products based on a mixture of diglycosaminoglycans (hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfate) and Boswellia serrata extract.

Store in the original package at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C. Do not freeze.
