Gluten-free food supplement

Dietary supplement of beta-carotene.
Does not contain: gluten, lactose, yeast.

Ingrediants
Betacarotene; carrot powder; parsley powder; water cress in powder form; alfalfa (Medicago sativa) aerial parts powder; lecithin; rosehip powder Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate dihydrate, vegetable magnesium stearate, modified cellulose gum, silicon dioxide. Coating: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Brazilian palm wax.

How to use
1 tablet per day with meal.

Warnings
Consult your doctor before taking during pregnancy and breastfeeding.Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a dietavariata.

Interactions with other nutrients
Deficiencies in zinc, vitamin C, proteins and thyroid hormone interfere (negatively) on the conversion of provitamin A into vitamin A. Vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium, lipoic acid can work in synergy with beta-carotene as antioxidants.

Toxicity - side effects
Unlike vitamin A, beta-carotene is devoid of toxicity and does not cause hypervitaminosis. High doses may eventually cause yellowing of the skin (carotenoderma).
