Food supplement of vitamins K2 and D3

Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) are both fat-soluble vitamins and in synergy contribute to the maintenance of normal bones as they intervene in the mineralization process and help prevent osteoporosis. Vitamin K2 plays a key role in the blood clotting process and in reducing the risk of calcification in blood vessels. Vitamin D3, on the other hand, contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamin K2 is obtained naturally by fermentation of the Bacillus subtilis bacterial strain in natto culture, a traditional Japanese food consisting of fermented soybeans. Vitamin K2 + D3 from Jamieson contains 120 µg of vitamin K and 1000 IU of vitamin D3 per softgel.

INGREDIANTS

Vitamin K2 isomer all trans (menaquinone-7); sunflower oil; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Softgel: gelatin; glycerol; dye: titanium dioxide. It may contain traces of soy. GLUTEN FREE.

METHOD OF USE

Take 1 softgel a day with a glass of water preferably with a meal.
