Description
Magnesium food supplement. Magnesium is useful for fighting tiredness and fatigue, as a support to normal muscle function and for the maintenance of healthy teeth and bones. Jamieson Magnesio Drink contains two sources of organic magnesium: magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium carbonate. Magnesium bisglycinate is a form of magnesium chelated to an organic compound (two molecules of glycine) which allows for better bioavailability and a high absorption capacity of the mineral in the intestine. The mixture is also composed of magnesium carbonate and citric acid, which, once dissolved in water, is converted into magnesium citrate, one of the forms of magnesium most easily and quickly assimilated by our body. Furthermore, thanks to the addition of Stevia, the product is sweet and pleasant on the palate.

How to use
Dissolve one scoop in a glass of hot or cold water (250ml) per day.
